Easy and quick to prepare, here is a crumble recipe revisited with this stew of pears with speculoos, a gourmet and light dessert.
Preparation time : 10 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Ingredients for 2 people:
In the basket
- 2 pears William
- 4 speculoos
In the closet
- 1 knob of butter
- 1 C. teaspoon sugar (optional)
Speculoos pear crumble recipe
- Peel the pears, cut them into quarters, remove the core and cut the quarters into small cubes.
- Confuse them in a pan with the knob of butter and sugar (optional) for 10 min.
Meanwhile, roughly crush the speculoos.
- Divide the candied pears among 2 small verrines and sprinkle with crushed speculoos. Enjoy still warm.
For those in a hurry:
This small verrine is also eaten cold.
Simply cut your fruit into brunoise (small cubes) and place the crumbled speculoos on top
The trick:
In summer, serve this dessert with a scoop of ice cream and in winter, complete with a little Roquefort and serve this small verrine as an aperitif!
