Soy sauce and vegetables for the appetizer
Serve with raw vegetables to snack on (sticks of carrots and of cucumbers, radish, celery in branches, mini-corn, Cherry tomatoes, etc) of a mixture of beaten yogurt topped with 1 tsp. soy sauce and 1 tbsp. tablespoon of balsamic vinegar. Add pepper and chive chiseled.
Soy sauce vinaigrette
To spice up salads and raw vegetables, mix 1 tbsp. of soy sauce, 2 tbsp. rapeseed oil, 1 tbsp. tablespoon balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp. of strong mustard and pepper.
Soups and soy sauce
Pour 2 to 3 tbsp. of soy sauce from the start of cooking, in your soups, broths, veloutés or soups. Do not hesitate to add 1 or 2 tablespoons before tasting.
Soy sauce in omelets
Beat the eggs, add 2 tbsp. of soy sauce and pepper. You can then add grated cheese, diced ham or sliced mushrooms, for a complete dish ready in a few minutes.
The traditional steak and fries
When the steak is finished cooking, reduce the heat and pour 2 tablespoons of soy sauce into the pan. Deglaze all the cooking juices, then pour over the steak before serving.
Chicken in the oven
Have a chicken in a baking dish. Cover it with 2 tbsp. olive oil, 3 tbsp. Cook for about 40-45 min, basting it several times with the cooking juices.
The soy sauce will bring a very appetizing crisp and softness to the chicken.
Fish in foils
Put a net of Salmon or from cod in foil foil, add 1 tsp. olive oil, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, the juice of one lemon, ground pepper and dill.
Bake for about 20 minutes in the oven.
Vegetables cooked in a wok or sauté pan
Brown them with a little hot oil in a wok and add 2 to 3 tablespoons of soy sauce.
Pasta and soy sauce
Cook the pasta. Cook sautéed vegetables, tomato sauce, bolognese or diced salmon with 2 or 3 tbsp. soy sauce.
Drizzle it over the pasta, or enjoy it natural with a knob of butter, Parmesan and soy sauce.
